Twelve years ago, I started in the title industry. Until 2008, I was one of the top marketing reps at every company I worked for. I lost my business in 2008 when the housing market in Phoenix collapsed. I had established relationships with real estate agents and brokers. Our housing market changed overnight. 80% of the market in Phoenix was distressed. The game was called REO and short sale.
