Kucharski is a PhD, LPC, and CEDS-S. Since 2004, she has practiced therapy in a variety of settings, including private clinical practice, supervision, training/consultation, and teaching graduate courses. She is working on a PhD on trauma-informed education. She is a clinical member and an approved supervisor for the AAMFT.
Her specialty is complex trauma, disordered eating, and attachment. She has trained and presented on trauma recovery and has advocated for body positivity.
