Kenneth B. Cairns is a doctor. A licensed psychologist with 25 years of experience is responsible for the delivery of mental health services to individuals with severe mood and personality disorders. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He has spent nearly 19 years providing and overseeing the delivery of mental health services to individuals in the Pennsylvania state prison system. Dr. Cairns has worked with many people with severe personality and behavioral disorders. He oversees the delivery of mental health services to people in state prisons.

There are undergraduate courses in psychology and criminology at the University of Pittsburgh. He taught graduate-level courses in behavioral analysis at Waynesburg University. He’s trained law enforcement officers, negotiators, psychologists, and allied health care professionals. Dr. Cairns lectures on a lot of topics, including personality disorders, psychopathy, behavioral analysis, serial killers, mental preparedness, situational awareness, and a variety of other topics.
