You have beenCONGRATULATIONS. Normal. They are like most women I have met. I am here to help you and you are not alone. I was embarrassed about my body and never wanted to leave the house. I was tired, depressed, and had no energy for the rest of my life. I was a single mom with 2 jobs and was ready to give up. I wouldn’t want to wear a swimsuit, shorts or anything revealing.

I was tired all the time and my body didn’t feel good. I had stomach issues. My body was not happy. I was stuck with the mentality of counting calories. The reason I wasn’t seeing results is because I still have some of my old food journals from 2009. My body was not performing at its best even though I thought restrictive diet was the answer. I was never consistent. I would deprive myself of a lower calories diet to binge or give up completely because it was difficult to count calories.

I would go days on end without eating a real fruit or vegetable because of my idea of eating healthy. I drank 1- 2 glasses of wine nightly.

I lost some weight but still felt miserable after the birth of my 2 oldest children. I did not eat as healthy as I should. After having my 3rd child in 2006 I immersed myself in everything fitness, nutrition, and self-improvement. Things started to change at that time.

I started a journey in January of 2010 that would change my life. I had always wanted to walk on stage at a show as a figure athlete.

After I started my first contest preparation, I started my education through the Institute For Integrative Nutrition. I couldn’t believe how much food affected my moods and energy.

I stopped drinking alcohol and started eating whole foods.

Who am I and why should you listen to me?

I’m there! My name is Diane Flores and I am a woman who knows how you feel. I am a Certified Health Coach through the Institute For Integrative Nutrition, a Certified Pole & Fitness Trainer, and a previous NPC figure athlete with over a decade of experience in the health and wellbeing field.
